TERRY YAPP, Realtor Administrator

Terry was born and raised in Orange County; and graduated from Cal State Long Beach and National University with a M.B.A. degree.  In 1981, he decided being a realtor would be the perfect profession to help others achieve success in one of their most important investments — real estate.  His entrepreneurial spirit, sales success and extensive experience led him to create Terry Yapp & Associates in 1995.  As the Administrator of this exclusive team of professionals, Terry has the vision and commitment to deliver the personalized and outstanding results you deserve.

BILL SLOAN, Broker Associate

Bill is a successful licensed real estate broker-manager with 30 years of experience.  He is the ultimate professional having served in numerous leadership positions with the Orange County, California and National Association of Realtors.  He is past president or our local Realtor Association and the Certified Residential Specialist program.  Bill is a graduate of Tulane University, a former Naval Aviator and an undefeated five-game winner and Tournament of Champion participant on the TV game show "Jeopardy".

CAPRICE COSTA, Administrative Manager

Caprice has worked as an Office Manager/ Administrative Assistant since 1990.  She manages all office functions, coordinates business development activities and provides each of our clients with quality customer service.  As a licensed Realtor, Caprice understands the importance of efficiently assisting in all the details of a real estate transaction.  Caprice is committed to making everyone feel they will be a valued clients for life by always providing personal attention and service.

ROBERTA CARLSON, Realtor Associate

A licensed Realtor since 1979, Roberta has experience in both new homes as a sales counselor and as a Realtor in the resale market.  An Orange County resident since 1968, Roberta's prior banking experience educated her in the value of attention to detail.  She has always been rated high in customer service by her clients.  Roberta's greatest satisfaction in real estate is derived from making the process of buying or selling a home as positive an experience as possible.

KERRI ADAMS, Escrow Coordinator

As a licensed real estate salesperson since 1986, Kerri utilizes her abilities, skills and experience to coordinate all escrow and transaction details for our buyers and sellers.  Her extensive real estate and prior management experience assures every client's escrow is handled courteously, efficiently and professionally.  She facilitates the smooth completion of all escrow instructions, verifies buyer's deposit, monitors the loan. process, coordinates inspections and related disclosure reports, home warranty plans, prepares written communications, and the variety of numerous details required to close escrow.
