In 1995, in response to his client's needs, Terry created Terry Yapp & Associates.  His valuable support staff of licensed Realtors enable Terry to provide every client with the ultimate in professional real estate services.  The primary goal of Terry Yapp & Associates is always Customer Service.
       

TERRY YAPP, Realtor - President

Terry was born and raised in Orange County, and graduated from Cal State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts and National University with a Masters of Business Administration.  In 1982, after serving as an Administrator with the South Orange County Community College District, Terry decided being a residential realtor would be the perfect profession to help others achieve success in one of their most important financial investments ---real estate.  His entrepreneurial spirit, sales success and extensive experience led him to create Terry Yapp & Associates in 1995.  As the leader of this exclusive team of professionals, Terry has the vision and commitment to deliver the personalized service and outstanding results you deserve as a valued client.

Terry lives in Mission Viejo with his beautiful wife, Renee, and has two daughters, Melissa and Mercedes.  His Christian faith, family and friends are key parts of his life.
 

 

CHUCK RILEY, Realtor - Buyer's Specialist

Chuck started his real estate career in 2001 after successfully serving in a variety of executive management positions with Volvo, Loral, Fairchild, IBM and Autonetics.  His many years of corporate experience included administrative and financial management, international and domestic business development, contractual and joint venture activities. Chuck has served numerous buyers and sellers as a former sales associate with Coldwell Banker and Associated Realtors.  His extensive education, experience and knowledge provide our homebuyers an exceptional level of professional real estate service. 

Chuck lives in San Juan Capistrano with his wife, Christine, and is very involved with his church at the historic Mission.
 

           

MARYAM RAHMANIAN , Administrative Manager

Maryam has been a licensed real estate agent since 2008.  Maryam brings incredible talent to her position as the Administrative Manager of our team. After graduating from San Francisco State University in 2005 with a degree in Business Administration, Maryam began her real estate career in Northern California.  She worked for the largest independent real estate company in Marin County and then relocated to Orange County to work for an international relocation company.  As our team's Administrative Manager, she coordinates all office functions including public relations, database management, client care, advertising and marketing activities.  With her experience, knowledge and friendly personality, Maryam provides our clients the highest level of customer service.

She lives in Irvine and enjoys spending time with friends, family, and the Orange County lifestyle.
 

           

DAVID FINDEISEN, Title Insurance Services

David is Assistant Vice President of First American Title, and his company provides our buyers and sellers with full title insurance coverage in their real estate transactions. First American was founded in the early 1900’s and has their national headquarters based in Santa Ana. Since 1981, David has worked with First American bringing experience and expertise to assist with the important title insurance requirements of every transaction.

David lives in south Orange County and enjoys golfing, snow skiing, mountain climbing and triathlons. One of his favorite activities is going to dinner and a movie with his wife.
