TERRY YAPP, Realtor
Serving South Orange County as a Realtor since 1982. Terry's knowledge and experience enables him to serve the real estate needs of local home buyers and sellers moving within Southern California, as well as, relocation clients. Terry, a native of Orange County, graduated Cum Laude from Cal State Long Beach and National University with a Masters of Business Administration degree. His experience and education enable Terry to provide buyers and sellers with educated and wise counsel in their investments decisions.

PAM D'ANGELO, Escrow Coordinator
As a licensed Realtor and former loan officer since 1985, Pam coordinates all escrows and transaction details. Her extensive real estate experience assures all details of every clients escrow is handled smoothly and professionally. She facilitates the completion of all escrow instructions, verifies buyers deposit, assists in loan processing, inspections and related disclosures reports, home warranty plans, prepares written communications, and all other details necessary to close the escrow.

LYNN HIGUERA, Administrative Assistant
Lynn holds a California real estate license and has worked as an administrative assistant in real estate since 1990. She manages all office functions, coordinates business development activities and provides each of our clients with quality customer service. Lynn is well versed in all aspects of residential real estate and is committed to making everyone feel they will be a valued client for life by providing personal attention to their needs.

DAVE MYSZKO, Realtor-Associate
As a licensed Realtor since 1984, Dave has extensive knowledge of South Orange County. His real estate and computer experience combined with a passion to provide the best service possible to clients enables Dave to help buyers find their dream home. Dave graduated from Wright State University in Ohio. He monitors all buyer inquiries by responding as quickly as possible, both daytime and evenings. Dave is accessible via pager, mobile telephone and E-mail in order to provide excellent customer service to all of our buyers.

MARTY SAMUEL, Broker-Associate
