We have created this concierge information as a public service for homeowners.  You may need, from time to time, the services of a licensed contractor and/or professional tradesperson.  The companies and individuals listed below have performed work for many years in Orange County.  Terry Yapp & Associates would advise you that past performance by contractors is no guarantee of the future quality of the work or customer satisfaction.  Persons are always encouraged to check the references of any contractor before entering into an agreement for work to be performed.  Your comments and suggestions, based upon your personal experiences, are always be appreciated by our office. If you have names of other companies or contractors you would like to recommend for inclusion on the V.I.P. Concierge roster please contact us.

As a note of reference, Californians spend more than $15 billion on home construction, remodeling and repair projects each year.  The State of California has printed an
excellent booklet, "What You should Know Before You Hire a Contractor".  We would
strongly recommend you request a copy by contacting the Contractors State License
Board at (800) 321-CSLB.
